Refund policy
You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund minus the cost of shipping (including return label) and a 5% re-stocking fee. We will inspect the item(s) upon receipt to ensure they are in their original form. If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Upon receiving your return label, the return must be sent within 14 days before the return label is voided and you will no longer be eligible to return the items.
Returns are not accepted for orders outside of the US, but please reach out to our customer support team if you are unhappy with your purchase.
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns once the packaging has been broken:
- Clothing
- Switch Lubricants
Items on sale and clearance are not eligible for returns and refunds unless otherwise noted. Replacement items and items discounted by our customer service team are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please reach out to our customer support team if you are unhappy with your purchase.
