Shipping policy
How long does shipping take?
All orders are packaged and handed off to carriers within 1-3 business days (1-4 business days for international orders). Once received by the carrier, speeds are dependent on the shipping service selected. All carriers are experiencing heavy delays due to COVID-19 related issues. For Domestic Orders: - USPS First Class - Typically less than 7 business days. Please contact support if 20 business days pass and you have not received your package. - USPS Priority Mail- Typically less than 5 business days. Please contact support if 10 business days pass and you have not received your package. - UPS Ground - Typically the shipping estimate on checkout is accurate. Please contact support if 10 business pass and you have not received your package.
Common USPS FAQs
Why is my tracking stuck on 'Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item' or 'Package Acceptance Pending'? We usually drop off all packages the same or next business day. It's likely USPS is in possession of your package but it hasn't been 'scanned'. It's likely still on route to your destination. Missed scans aren't the norm, but they do happen. Why is my tracking stuck on 'In Transit, Arriving Late'? Most packages don't experience this, but it's much more common with 'First Class' packages. USPS has been particularly hard hit during COVID leading to significant delays for some packages. Please contact support if your package still hasn't arrived in the time allotted in the "How long does shipping take?" section.
International Shipping
All orders shipped outside of the US may have duties and taxes imposed by the carrier and the government of the receiving country. You are responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes imposed by the importing carrier and the government. If you are not sure if your government imposes import duties/fees, please refer to your local customs agency website. Note there may also be additional fees imposed by the carrier, so please refer to the shipping policies of the chosen carrier.
My package was lost, stolen, or damaged
Kinetic Labs is not responsible for packages once they have been received by the carrier, however please contact support and we will evaluate each incident on a case by case basis and will do our best to give you a stellar customer experience.
My package was returned to sender
Kinetic Labs is not responsible for packages once they have been received by the carrier, and you are responsible for the additional shipping costs associated with re-shipping your order to the same (or modified) address once we have received the package, including any shipping costs imposed by the carrier to return the package back to Kinetic Labs. For international orders, we do not refund the cost of shipping (both ways) if your order was sent back to sender, including cases where the package is destroyed or returned due to lack of customs payment.
